friendships, and a limited number of doses. Vaccinated people cannot catch it
and cannot pass it on. The question is not how many doses you have. It is who
you give them to.
Random picks people out of the phone book. It needs to know
nothing at all.
Nominate a friend picks a person at random and then vaccinates
one of their friends, chosen at random. It still needs no map of
the network — only a question you can ask at the door.
Biggest hubs vaccinates the most connected people. It is the best
you can do, and it needs the whole network mapped, which in an outbreak
nobody has.
